KSM CASTINGS GROUP GMBH is present on various social networks with publicly accessible profiles. Your visit to these profiles sets in motion a large number of data processing operations. As the operator of our social media presences, we only have access to the information that you have stored in your public profile of the respective platform. This only applies if you have a profile and are logged into your account while visiting our presence. In addition, the platforms provide us with anonymized usage statistics, which we use to improve our offer and user experience. We have no influence on the data collection and processing by the platform operators.

The operators of the platforms, such as Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram), have committed to us to assume primary responsibility under the GDPR for the processing of this data. They fulfil the obligations under the GDPR and provide the relevant information to the data subjects. This processing is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) to optimize the user experience and to offer our content in a way that is tailored to the target group.

Please note that the Platforms use cookies that may be stored on your device even if you do not have a profile or are not logged in. These cookies allow the platforms to create user profiles and provide personalized advertising based on your interests. Cookies remain on your device until you delete them.   • You have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the data processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;
